The résumé is
the least interesting part.

Titles are useful shorthand. They do not show the long road, the wrong turns, the people who opened doors, or the stubbornness required to keep walking through them.

CHAPTER 01

BEFORE THE TITLES

Learn the room. Earn the trust.

I built my career through sales, business development, and entrepreneurship—fields where nobody owes you attention and credibility cannot be faked for long.

Over more than twenty years, I learned to listen for the problem underneath the request, translate value without hiding behind jargon, and understand that a relationship is not a shortcut to the work. It is part of the work.

CHAPTER 02

TECHNOLOGY

Get close enough to understand.

A decade in technology and cloud taught me that complicated is not the same as sophisticated. The best technical solution is the one the organization can understand, defend, operate, and grow with.

That is how I found my lane: between the experts building the system and the leaders carrying the consequences. I do not need to be the smartest engineer in the room. I need to help the whole room make a smarter decision.

CHAPTER 03

EDUCATION

Finish what once felt impossible.

In September 2023, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University. In 2025, I completed my MBA.

As the first person in my family to graduate from college, the degrees mean more than credentials. They represent a decision that timing does not get the final vote—and that an unconventional path is still a path.

CHAPTER 04

PURPOSE

Growth should leave something better behind.

My work at a tribally owned organization, involvement with the Milwaukee Intertribal Circle, and former service as CTO and co-treasurer of Strong Native Minds reinforce something I already believed: success is too small a goal if it only benefits the person achieving it.

I care about work that strengthens relationships, expands capability, creates access, and respects the generations who will inherit what we build.

Be direct without being careless.

Be ambitious without becoming hollow.

Use technology without worshipping it.

Keep learning without performing expertise.

Build success that other people can stand on.

THE STANDARD
Do work worth being proud of. Tell the truth about the tradeoffs. Leave people more capable than you found them.
